These terms govern registration for and participation in Strategiq webinars and related resources. By registering, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Registration and access

You agree to provide accurate information. Strategiq may change the webinar date, format, speakers, content, or availability and may cancel or reschedule a session when reasonably necessary. Access details, reminders, resources, and recordings may be delivered by email or through third-party webinar platforms.

Live-build participation

One registered company may be invited to participate in the live build. Participation is optional. Strategiq will contact the company before the session to confirm participation, collect needed information, and agree on what may be shown. Strategiq may choose another participant or adjust the build format at its discretion.

Educational information only

Webinar content is general educational information, not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Strategiq does not guarantee any particular business, marketing, revenue, meeting, or lead-generation result.

Intellectual property

The webinar, recording, slides, templates, graphics, and related materials are owned by Strategiq or its licensors. You may use materials supplied to you for your own internal business or educational purposes. You may not sell, publish, distribute, reproduce in bulk, or create a competing product from them without written permission.

Acceptable participation

You may not disrupt the webinar or registration systems, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape participant information, harass speakers or attendees, impersonate another person, or use the webinar or materials unlawfully.

Disclaimer and limitation

The webinar and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from participation or reliance on webinar content.
